Much like a doctor working with a patient, we first want to hear from you how you are feeling -- what’s feels good and what hurts. That’s the nature of our self-assessment survey. We call it a Baseline Survey because it is the first step in establishing a “baseline” or starting position from which we will plan and monitor your improvement with you.
In this survey, we will ask you a series of questions about your business. There are no right or wrong answers. We are looking for some basic information about your business, where you feel your current problems may be the greatest, and where you want your business to be in the future.
Rest assured, your responses are confidential and will be used only by us to help you. The survey typically takes about 30 minutes to complete. There is no cost or obligation for completing this survey. During our first meeting with you following completion of your survey, we will provide you with a printed copy of your survey.
